Yes, of course. In fact, we insist that the first meeting is held online or in our offices so that both you and we understand your needs and agree on the dynamics of our collaboration. The same applies to each individual project.

In short, yes, but for each project, we will send you a deadline for its completion. Some projects take 2 days to finish, while others, for example, a 2000m2 supermarket, require a minimum of 7 days. If you have a constant flow of projects, the “unlimited” plan is financially more beneficial than individual projects.

No, once we charge for the drawing/design of the product, it can be used in various spaces without charging for its inclusion each time. The exception is for product variations, which are charged but not at the full initial drawing/design rate. For example, a cooling device like a horizontal refrigerated display case – one device with multiple dimensions (segments).

Yes, the basic offer for creating a 3D representation of the product includes only the exterior appearance, while the interior is “empty.” However, we can also offer services for creating the entire product in professional engineering programs like Solidworks, where our mechanical engineer would design the product to optimize the production process as much as possible. We would provide you with files ready for production on manufacturing machines.

Yes, in addition to interior design, we offer procurement services for equipment that is not part of the client’s production program. For example, tables and chairs for furnishing a café. The client may provide their own refrigeration products but does not offer complementary equipment and wants to complete their offering.
